General Terms and Conditions Hotel Rennschuh Göttingen

1. The accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed or, if a written confirmation was no longer possible in time, made available.
2. This accommodation contract obliges both parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of its duration. The contract cannot be cancelled unilaterally, but requires the consent of both parties.
3. Reserved rooms are available to guests from 15:00. Departure must take place by 11:00 am. In the event of late departure, the following night will also be charged.
4. Cancellation policy: Cancellation free of charge is possible until 18:00 on the day of arrival (except special rates and group bookings). In the event of later cancellation or no-show, 80% of the agreed services will be charged (see section 6).
5. By making a booking, the guest does not acquire any entitlement to specific rooms or facilities. If the agreed rooms are not available, the hotelier is obliged to provide equivalent alternatives in the hotel or in other properties.
6. If the contractual services are not utilised, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price (see clause 4). The hotelier's savings are deducted from this amount and generally amount to 20%. No refunds are possible for subsequent nights in the event of a no-show.
7. The hotelier shall endeavour to reallocate unused rooms as far as possible in order to avoid cancellations. Until the room is reallocated, the guest must pay the amount charged in accordance with clause 6.
