Receptionist (m/f/d)

The Hotel Rennschuh is a family-run city hotel with tradition, heart and future. For over 50 years, we have been welcoming our guests to Göttingen with honest hospitality, warmth and an open smile. Our aim is to let people arrive - not just stay overnight.

To keep it that way, we are looking for reinforcements at our reception - the heart of our hotel.

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel industry or professional experience at reception desirable. Career changers are also very welcome.
• Friendly, well-groomed and service-orientated appearance
• Enjoy dealing with people and teamwork
• Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
• Confident handling of common hotel programmes (or willingness to familiarise yourself with them)

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our guests - in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
• You take care of check-in, check-out and all requests during the stay.
• You will process reservations, create invoices and maintain an overview in the PMS.
• You will provide support with administrative tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception.
• With your smile and friendliness, you will ensure that our guests have an all-round pleasant stay.
