Yes, dogs are very welcome here. Please register your four-legged friend in advance. We charge Euro 8.00 per night and dog for additional cleaning.

Yes, free WLAN is available throughout the hotel.

Yes, we are happy to offer you lactose-free or gluten-free products. Please speak directly to our service staff at breakfast.

You are also welcome to have breakfast with us as an external guest for €9.50 per person, subject to availability and with advance reservation. Please contact our reception.

Yes, our small spa area includes a pool 8 x 4 m and 24°C (7:00-22:00), an infrared cabin (7:00-22:00) and a sauna, which can be used by appointment and for a fee (1 hour lead time).

Unfortunately, our house and our rooms are not barrier-free. There is a lift in the main building, but it has to be reached via at least six steps. Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

Yes, there is free parking for cars, buses and lorries directly at the hotel. A reservation for lorries and buses is required.

You are welcome to park your bike in our underground car park free of charge. Please ask at reception.

Motorway exit no. 73 of the A7, then you will find us after approx. 1000 m on the right-hand side (after McDonald's and the Shell petrol station).

Yes, if you book directly by e-mail or telephone, we can make you a personalised offer. Please contact us when you make your reservation.

Cancellations are possible free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival (except for group or special rates/trade fair times). For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge 80% of the price of the first night. Cancellations must be made in writing or via the relevant booking portal.

Yes, we are happy to provide bed linen for allergy sufferers on request and with advance notice.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite reception.

You are welcome to note when booking that you would like to book two neighbouring rooms. We will endeavour to make this possible for you. However, due to varying occupancy rates, we cannot guarantee this.

No, our rooms are not air-conditioned.

No, we are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the room is strictly forbidden and will be charged for non-compliance. Ashtrays are available for you in front of our hotel entrance.

The city centre can be reached quickly by car, public transport or bicycle. It is approx. 3 km from the hotel.
